Maureen Crowley Heil

Maureen Crowley Heil has served the Pontifical Mission Societies since 1999. She started in the ministry in Allentown, Pennsylvania and later served on the National Board of Directors for the Mission Societies. Because she always considered herself a Massachusetts citizen living in exile, Maureen happily moved back to the Archdiocese of Boston in 2008 with her husband and children. She currently serves as the Director of Programs and Development for the Pontifical Mission Societies. As such, she is responsible for the day-to-day operation of all Societies and as well as being our staff writer. As our go-to speaker for children and adults, Maureen engagingly tells the stories of the mission Church that she has experienced from her travels to our donor sites around the world.
