The Pontifical Mission Societies of Boston accepts requests from Mission Dioceses, Religious Orders, and Lay Mission Organizations to speak at parishes for the purpose of educating the faithful in the Archdiocese of Boston about the many needs of the growing mission Church. We ask you to apply for participation on an annual basis. 

These yearly presentations help unite Catholics in Boston with the Universal Church and encourage mission awareness among the people of our Archdiocese.

Parishioners become informed about the work of our Church in the missions and are provided with an opportunity to prayerfully support this vital ministry.

To apply for the Missionary Co-Operative Plan in the Archdiocese of Boston, send a letter of application to: 66 Brooks Drive, Braintree, MA 02184. Application letters are to be filed, along with forms via snail mail to Dania Manigat. Please indicate what languages your speakers can preach in as well as whether you have a representative here in the Archdiocese of Boston with faculties to preach outside of the parish in which they reside. The deadline for application is December 31, 2025.

Please note that application does not guarantee acceptance to a given year’s Co -Operative Program. If you have not received a letter of acceptance by March 15 of the year for which you are applying, please feel free to apply again for the following year.

A signed and dated copy of the last page of our Code of Conduct Form, proof of completion of a Child Protection Program, and a signed copy of Boston's suitability form signed by your Ordinary, Religious Superior, or head of Mission Organization must be on file at our office, for each speaker, before the appeal date. Thos forms can be downloaded from this page, below.

We do not accept suitability forms other than those from our office.
